Refunds and Returns Due to Damage: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the event that plants die due to shipment or adverse weather conditions. We take utmost care in packaging and handling to ensure the plants reach you in good condition. However, we cannot control external factors such as transit mishandling or extreme weather.

Special Circumstances: Refunds or returns may be considered in select situations, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item due to a mistake on our end. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the plants to discuss the issue and possible resolution. Photos and/or videos are required to prove your case.
