Non-Hoya Selection

Description:

Hoyas are my first love, but they are not the only thing on the shelves. This collection holds everything else I grow and can't help sharing.

Orchids make up most of it. Cattleya and Rhyncattleanthe hybrids in blooming size, fragrant Vanda, Dendrobium species including the fuzzy 'Old Man Orchid' Dendrobium senile, and affordable tissue-culture plantlets for anyone who wants to grow a hybrid from the start. Orchids are shipped bare-root or in their growing medium, as noted on each listing, and pair well with the 3D printed orchid baskets and mounts from the pots and trellises collection.

Alocasia for the aroid growers: 'Hilo', 'Blizzard' (Odora Batik), Cucullata Variegated, and rarer variegated forms like Sanderiana Bull and Pseudo Sanderiana. Corms and small starts are listed at the low end, established variegated plants at the top.

Anthurium and Philodendron appear in smaller numbers as seedlings and starter plants, along with the occasional one-off I could not resist.

Everything here gets the same treatment as my hoyas: quarantined, acclimated and growing before it is listed, then packed by hand with cold-weather protection available. Allow up to three weeks for shipping.
