Plant Cold Weather Packaging and Heat Pack

Insulated packaging with an activated heat pack — added to your plant order when shipping route temperatures forecast below 50°F.

This is required, not optional, when conditions warrant it. Plants shipped without cold-weather protection in cold conditions are not covered under our usual replacement policy (see Shop Policies).

One add-on per order is usually sufficient for standard-sized boxes; larger or split-pack orders may need two — message us if you're unsure.
