The Simple Heart Trellis — a clean, minimal heart-shaped panel that presses into the pot to support climbing and trailing plants. Understated and sweet, it lets the plant be the star.
Sold in sets of 3. Pick your pot size — each comes with its matching heart width (measured across the widest point): 1-2in pot = 3in wide, 2-3in = 3.5in, 3-4in = 5.5in, 4-5in = 7.5in, 5-6in = 8.5in.
